Abstract-
This paper has reported a high voltage generator, using an
LC resonant rectifier, which is easily constructed from passive
LC resonant circuits. Compared with the conventional circuits,
the construction is very simple, and could be expected to be
appropriate for various applications.
The shortcoming of this circuit is that resonant capacitor
current is quite large so that the efficiency is a little
deteriorated. From the point of view of improving the
efficiency, it is necessary to use high quality low loss
capacitors.
